Hi dose anyone have the head bolt sequence and torque settings for the case ih 3230 d206 engine also there's two different size o rings for the liners a red and a yellow thanks in advance

M cass welcome to YT! I got 90 ft. lbs. for you for the head torque from the info
in the link. Of course no guarantee that is just info off the
net, trust at your own risk. Cannot help you on the
sequence. I am sure glad you told me there is two different
sized liner orings for one of those always wanted to know
that!!...... Oh, maybe I am supposed to interpret that you
want to know what specific position those go in, cannot
help you there either. My suggestion is to smooze up to
your local CaseIH dealer and get the info from them and try
to give them your best explanation of why you did not buy
your parts from them. Or shell out the bucks for a repair
manual for your machine, which seem to demand a fairly
hefty price at $350 plus for the ones I see. Maybe someone else in the know will chime in and spill their beans. Best of luck! ....Wait a minute...oh boy it is your lucky day! Looking over the list of tractors that your engine is used in the old grey matter kicked in. I happened to have a book mark saving a link to some manuals. Just so happens I have one that covers your engine. From Classic I can only post one link at a time so I will add a reply with that link.
Chart with head torque

Here is the link, the oring info is on page 63. Now it is possible that YT may not allow it to go through. As for the email request thing Jimb mentioned to see that you will need to go to ..Classic View.. same applies for my email. For the manual I did not download the drop box app, I just continued on the website. I might consider the app if I was working on something following the manual, I suspect the navigation through the manual would be much nicer in the app.

Welcome to YT forum.
For O-Rings see the chart below.

My brother has a CIH 3230 as a loader tractor, what happened to your D-206?

See this youtube video on rebuilding a D-206 from a 584: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGVjRAaec7U

Well i had a 785xl that part restored great tractor but I wanted somthing newer to help my dad out down his allotments hes god a pot that's around 8m x24m he just puts taties in so we used to plough and rotervate it with a fergi but I wanted somthing newer with 4wd hes nearly 70 worked on a farm from the age of 10 till around he was 60 so instead of him rotavating by hand I bought a howerd rotavator aswell any way through lock down I looked for a new machine I seen this 3230 and thought it looks tidy and case made good tractors so I asked the dealer if everything was in sound working order as I couldn't view it he assured me and give me his word with it was in great nick no problems so I went for it and after a month past its delivery deadline it came body was really tidy but somthing was wrong with the engine black smoke and whitesmoke when hot it had no power like a slug on the road then blowing steam out of the breather so stripped it down oil and water in the injector ports around the liners everywhere plus liners had been sealed with silicone round the bottom no O-Ring just loads of silicone and gasket seal round top of liners looks like some one botched it to run he had put a new radiator on so I think he's been fault finding and he's sold me a dud

Someone made a mess of the D-206 along the way. I would doubt if a dealer would do that but then nothing is impossible.
My brother's 3230 has been good so far, it is a good starter down to -20C without ether or block heater but he usually plugs the recirculating block heater in for 30 minutes or so if it is really cold.
Hope you get it fixed and running as it should.
