tubeless valve core

One of my tractors has tubeless tires on the back, and yesterday I broke off the end of the air valve. It has the TR618A type valve cores where you can add fluid. The valve stem is not seated on a flat part of the rim, but rather on one of the profile steps. So the rubber grommet is profiled to fit in that area rather than on a flat surface. I was able to re-use the rubber grommet with a regular tubeless valve stem, and so far it's holding. I'd like to get a spare, but all of the internet sources I see just have the regular grommet. Anyone have a source?

I have broken off a couple on our JD4600, because I use it primarily for brush cutting. I just put in rubber automotive ones, but my rims might be a little flatter than yours. I have no intention of ever putting fluid in the tires, I have wheel weights. One time I broke one off a rear when I was out in the woods a ways, as soon as I realized what happened I jumped off and whittled a wooden plug and drove it in. That allowed me to get the tractor out to the end of the road where I could get my truck to it.

If you didn't break it off at the rim they screw out and can be replaced with the new screw in section. If broke at the rim then yup new stem time. Though I've never seen one that was not on a flattened section of the rim. Are you sure it didn't bend the spot were the stem sets so it looks like it was not flat.

Have you owned this tractor since new? If it is just new to you someone in the past might have drilled that hole and got it wrong. Why am I thinking this? Welll, hmmm! I once had to weld the hole I drilled wrong back shut and drill another one in a flatter spot.

Both rear rims are the same, the hole is drilled right in the step, and the rubber grommet is contoured to fit. The rubber part is much thicker than the one I showed in the photo, it is not a case where the rubber reshaped itself to fit.

Pretty sure, not only is the original rubber grommet contoured to fit the corner it sits in, but has about 5X more rubber in it than the one in the photo I attached.

Does this look like what you are looking for ???
