Do these work pretty good? I will only be using it for spraying and spreading fertilizer.

I have had one for several seasons now_ works good for spreading fert. and spraying When spraying' allow for overlap- say your boom is 45ft 'set the width to 44.4ft our ground is pretty flat,but on the one rolling field it can leave a gap or two if I'm not careful It's not as good for planting

They are much better that guessing and pointing at a tree at the far end of the field.

We have used them for years, they are well built and work great for spraying and fertilizing. I use it on the planter also, but I still run markers, keeps me from getting lost in no till ground. I even use it for haying when I split open fields using the straight mode. Use contour mode if you are going around a field. I have had to replace an antenna on one unit right after I got it. It was cutting out for no reason, replaced the antenna and no problems since.
