I took everything apart and cleaned it up. The keyway goes through two pieces on the shaft. The worn pulley had a small amount of good keyway in the very back. I took all my pieces to my local welder and he says he can make all the pieces but he would just weld the pulley and the next piece all together along with the shaft. I will pick it up in the morning as he wants to cool it overnight in lime to reduce the risk of it cracking the pulley. He also mentioned preheating before welding. The new keyway centered the pulley real good and he thinks he can fill in the space with weld. I have new bearings coming in the morning so maybe back to shelling corn tomorrow. Tom
