Every fill in ruts with grader blade and dirt?

After building pole barn, construction crew and concrete trucks made a mess out of my lawn.

Adding dirt to ruts in yard is a lot like dry wall mud.
It takes many applications. After each application you need rain to pack lose dirt.

Grader blade removes the highest spots and dirt fills in the low spots.

Things will look better after a rain. I now have a 6 mph lawn. I can go 6 mph with Kubota and get a smooth ride..

It will be 3 to 4 weeks before it's time to mow. Planning to mow after a good rain and pull a 5000# roller behind mower.

Maybe I can go faster.

Still have ruts in a field from the well drillers truck crossing it 15 years ago. I made another good set with the manure spreader last spring. I should get out there in the next rain and squeeze them closed driving next to them.

It is tough to fill in ruts.
As far as mowing, I mowed yesterday and with all the rain today, I am glad I did.

That's why I use loader to dump dirt where I need it, then use grader blade to level it.
Good rain will help the roller to flatten everything.
