Wouldn't you know the one day of the year I have to be on the road with the Loadstar we'd just had snow and road salt overnight. Looks like I'm going to be
spending some time with the pressure washer tomorrow.

Enjoyed watching that. Sorry you got salted. Its terrible here. Liquid salt brine that destroys metal. Ive also been enjoying DeereDons videos. Hes a natural historian and narrator just like you. Will that wheat be your seed for the next planting ?
 
Put some Gorilla tape on that hole in the auger and you won't need that bucket under it. Good looking truck, keep her clean and she will out live you and me.

Yes, seed for this spring's planting which should be about a month away. So far its looking like a dry and early spring for us but that can change.

That old Sakundiak auger just won't quit. My dad bought it used about 1979. I've patched the tube once or twice already and put a new piece of flighting on the bottom end. Looks like its time for another patch.

If you notice the decal on the side of the hood this one has the somewhat rare "Farm and Ranch II" options package. The shiny grille and I forget what else they had above the regular Loadstar.

The tag is only on the driver' side hood. I took a shot of it today after the wash and wax job. Its looking it's shiny old self again now.
