Massey Harris 25

I posted on the massey harris site as well. Looking for help finding out what tread design and size of front and rear tires would have been on a 1938 massey harris 25 tractor from the factory. Almost done with the mechanical part of the restoration and want to keep the tractor as factory original as possible. Thanks for now.

Do a Google search for Massey Harris 25 and look under images. Some of the original tread design was closed tread, meaning the lug bars crossed over each other vs.being separate as in newer tires. Check out the images.

Thanks for the responses. The rear tires make sense being the closed tread. Does 10 x 28 sound right. The info on tractor data is for the steel wheels available on those tractors. Could the fronts be multi rib and if so what size from the factory.

Could be. I cut the rotten old tires off the front rims and they where 7.50 x 18. Just wish I could find a picture from advertising from back then to see if they where multi rib three rib or what? Thanks
