10x16 Firestone. I have really good Firestones on the back so I wanted to keep the same brand.

There is just something about matched tires all around that make a tractor seem nicer.

Nothing really wrong with the old ones, but these will float a little better and carry more with the load use.

The 10ply pickup tire will out last the 8 ply tractor front tires with the loader on it.

True those old truck tires are tough but with a heavy load in the bucket on soft ground you might as well have coulters for steer tires.

Nice upgrade,, never could stand car tires on a piece of equipment, like said they will not turn wort a hoot,, flotation is a joke and radials are worthless on heavy loads,, some like to save money running them,, I am not one of them,, those you have will last,, I put a new set on my 580CK of 10 ply quad ribs,, they have just shy of 5K hours on them today and are worn down to 25% or so now,, well worth it to me to have correct tires,, I have a whole pile of junk car/truck tires I have removed off new purchases they will make a good fire some day

My 6610 had 10.00x16's on 8" rims when we got it, the extra width helped with loader use but I didn't like the front end sticking up so much higher than the back.
Last year we switched to 11L15's on 10" rims, 11L's are same height as original 7.50-16's and wider than 11.00-16.
I really like the tractors stance now.

According to my calculations there are three 3 inches difference in height between a - 7.5 15 and an 11l 15

Look it up again
SKU 52F290 is a 7.5L15 which is a shorter tire, I have them on my 4000SU
7.50-16 Firestone 4 rib is SKU 374-717 that is 31.5 tall, the Crop Max 3 rib is 31.8 tall
