Looking at getting one and modify it to fit the John Deere t11 I think If I put the high sides on I can haul about 60 bales a load . Right now with just one dirt side I can haul 40 bales without stacking

Not sure if you'r going to like the results of that,we tried that in the 1950's, we would hand stack them on the hay basket, then drive it home,1/2 mile with all that weight on the front of the loader,we only could put on about 25 as i remember,it was just to heavy, way out there in front, but we didn't have a push off, either, so getting them off wasn't so sweet!!! Have you ever heard of a 10 bales squeeze, cube set up, that's what we eventually went too! That's a old primitive way of doing it too, now!! But it beet the hay basket all to pieces!

The neighbor used to put up 300 ton a year with one of these 4 or 5 guys on the stack he would get a fork full take it to the stack and dump while they would stack he would get another fork full his had the push off on it . . Im only thinking of doing maybe 200 bales a year just for horse hay the rest will all go in to 2x3 bales . I have a hay loader but cant find anybody that wants to work stacking so that puts that idea out . This way I can do them all myself . Loader should handle 15 or 20 65 pound bales pretty easy

Hay head works fine have stacks hundreds of thousands of bales with them BUT you do not want a solid link on the tilt side of mounting,, you will destroy teeth faster than you can change them as they need to Float,,

I always marveled at the neighbor stacking his hay with that farmhand especially when we were fighting a wore out new holland stacker picking up hay behind an even more wore out new holland 283. He would put up 3 crops a year and straw about 300 ton of hay and 100 tom of straw

Just about kind find labor and the kid I used to hire I cant afford to hire at 15$ an hour and they are not sure if we will have to pay back wages . Good job America
