Went and picked up the beef from the locker today. Been waiting less than patiently for it. Lol. Should be good since all it's feed came from mostly Case equipment, and all the cleaning too. If that don't make it prime nothing will. Going to have a steak tomorrow, so I'll let you know.

Interesting.....in our area the white butcher paper pretty much went out about the same time the external_link administration did.
 
Jon, I'm going to a wedding near Duluth in May, if you don't have it all eaten by then I will stop in and see you and share with you. haha How far are you from I 35?

Looks great. Let me know what time you're putting the steaks on. I like mine medium rare. All jokes aside a friend of mine brings me a few steaks every year from beef he raises, It's probably the best beef I eat every year
 
We picked ours up yesterday. 408 pounds for our half and put our name in 13 months ago to get it processed. Name is on the list for a year from now!
