This tractor been here on farm since dad bought it new in March 1950. Rather sure it about today. That makes it 71 years here on farm. Made a few improvements to it over the years. Used it today to plant some potatoes.

Wow.....see what happens when you ask a old guy with a bad memory to post something.....wh. WT.....sorry about that.

What is mounted behind the disc on the cultivator frame? Thanks. We hope to plant taters tomorrow and will use the Super A that my dad bought.

I think you are looking at a tool box mounted to side of tractor. Only thing on cultivator frame in picture is the disc hillers. Behind tractor on rear lift is a 15 gallon electric sprayer. Among other things I can spray for bugs when I plow the potatoes or even spray and not plow. Have 2 nozzles set up at angle to spray each side of row. Works great!

It does work great. The top is luan board painted white. Tractor never sets out.

Someone took great care of that work horse. For a tractor over 7 decades old, the tin is straighter than I've ever seen. It's a one of a kind for sure. Wingnut

Old I had to enlarge the pic to see that only a disc was mounted. I tried to look at it without my glasses!

Well, dad always said it was bought to make a living with. Not tear up. We always took good care of the equipment. This tractor has not sat outside at night probably over 30 times in its 71 years. Just shows that they can be used and not abused.
