Making good use of my hay wagon

I have a couple of old hay wagons that I use in the summer for hay of course. I hate to leave them out all winter. So I put the grain header for my F2 Gleaner on one of them and back it into the barn. This one is only 12 feet long. It is a David Bradley gear and it has a hoist. I made the deck and sides out of used plywood signs. The sides are hanging up in the barn. So last fall I just loaded it up real good with firewood and pulled it under the Patio roof. Now the wagon is sheltered and the wood stays dry. Plus it is close to the back door. I haul the wood in with the sack laying on the wagon there. The furnace has not run for a month!

The yellow thing in the hay rack is for getting snow off of the roof.

I fired up the wood stove in the basement on December 8th and I clean it out live. So I have not stuck a match since then. That wagon was stacked high as I could reach. So it lasted for sixty plus days. I have at least two more loads out there for now. Gives me some responsibility in the winter.
