I was reprogramed

The wife sent me to the store for a loaf of bread and a dozen eggs. Someone took my temperature with a held thermometer entering the store. Actually, I think I was reprogramed with the thing, too buy more stuff, because I came out with 300.00 worth of food, I didn't need. Don't let anyone put something up to your head entering a store, especially a tractor part store. I think I have been off my tractor too long. Stan

I got a chip implanted the other day...

Not yet sure how it's impacting me - aside from the fact that my car door now actually unlocks every time I use the fob. LOL

Forgot to say our local mechsnic ordered a key blank fob... then transferred the chip into my key and prorammed it for a total of $128 (a LOT cheaper than the $250 at the dealership).

Menards is a Midwest equivilant to Home Depot and Lowes, they also sell some foodstuff. When I need one small item and my wife goes with me, it usually costs me $80 to $100 bucks at checkout. The cashier asks me if I found everything OK. I say yes, and then some, this is the most expensive package of screws that I ever bought!!

Yeah. They ask that at walfart and other places too. I tell them no. Then they ask what couldn't I find but I never see them with a list. I tell them I'm looking for a hundred inch TV for a hundred bucks.

Just a side note on the programming.

I had a lock set and 2 original keys to fit my car. Dealer wanted $100 each to program the keys into the system. I went on eBay and found a machine for programming keys. It cost me $78 delivered to my door, and reprogrammed my car to accept the keys. Saved me a bundle of money!

If the ""outlet"" [store; whatever] says we need to take temp >>>Tell them to do it on the wrist >>>not only is it more accurate it is volumes SAFER. { on the forehead, will over a short time cause a disruption even a trauma}

If you believe the talking heads, half of the country needs to be reprogrammed.

The sensor actually doesn't emit anything--it is merely measuring the heat your forehead naturally gives off on its own. The "beep" is just so the user knows it has finished the measurement--it's really averaging several readings. Some have a little flashlight or pointer on them to help the user aim, but it's not part of the measurement.
