I want to raise my voltage from 6.3v to 7.5V...how do I do this on a two coil relay? Thanks

Bend the spring tab up on the contacts on the left to put more stretch on the spring.

Bend it ever so slightly and sit the cover back on, take the voltage reading with the engine revved up around 1500 or so.

Another issue MAY be that the RH relay (the cutout relay) won't reliable "drop out" at shutdown with the new, higher battery voltage, it MAY need a tiny increase in spring tension, as well.

If the cutout doesn't the result is a dead battery and, likely a generator with all it's smoke let out, so it's imperative to verify that the cutout relay functions as it needs to at the higher voltage.
