Makes folks smile

In a world full of doom and gloom I try to make everyone smile or laugh. When we go anywhere with an empty trailer I load up the crane! Smiles, laughs, thumbs up, folks taking pictures........ Doing what I can to give folks a bit of laughter.

It gets one strap over the middle, been thinking of going YT DOT and buy 4 little chains for each corner!!! 😆

And every little boy who sees this dreams of being a big crane operator one day.
May you continue to inspire many more future American farmers and laborers.

Good one! Now all you need is an escort vehicle. And maybe a bumper sign on the truck “undersized load.”

Good for you. We do need more smiles. The world around us sure can get depressing at times. Last week I spent three days cleaning my cattle sheds and barn yards. Along with chores this made a few long days. I did not spent any time checking the news and felt better about life in general. Makes me think we need to spend more time with the little enjoyments of life rather than the big things we can't change. Tom

Been that I use to pull an unstyled John deere I have strap a stay puff marshmallow doll on the front pedestal. One day a young mom and her little boy was walking by the tractor and this little guy was pointing at the doll on it. So I went over by it an when they came back from the water stand I ask the little guy if he like tractors. He didn't know what to say and I don't even think he was old enough too. So then I ask him if he would like to have the doll and then his little head shook yes so I gave it to him an man the smiles he had then.

Grandpa you think like i do. Have a tonka truck that's been all over the USA. Now i haul it on my gooseneck. Get a lot of thumbs up. RB

That's funny. Years ago in the 60's, one of the guys I worked with had a tiny little Itallian car called an Isetta, he used to drive it to work. One day he said that on his way home the day before a lot of people were looking at him and his car and laughing. When he got home, he saw why. Somebody from work had taped a suitcase handle on the top of his car. We all got a good laugh out of that story. Here's the Isetta in the link below. Those little things bring good money now at auctions believe it or not ....

I thought about sending you a couple picture for you to post but not sure if it is okay to do. One my last cave and a couple of some old rusty stuff I have

Very cool. I've seen an over the road flat bed, that sometimes has a loader of that scale that he carries occasionally. Brightens the day to see them.

Good stuff, Like creative thinkers. Maybe a toy cub once in a while would be fun also

That looks great , I took a trip from center of Iowa to Oregon we had a tonka truck tied to the car trailer .. had it tied down in the middle and you really had to look to see it tied on .. had a lot of people past us with thumbs up .. including a hwy patrol ..

Tieing down the 4 counters would look great .. my thoughts would be tied it to a pc. of plywood and then tie or nail the plywood down .. just my 2 cents ..
