Remarkably little rust if that’s its purpose. Also would have
thought you’d want wider tires.

Think it is an ex-Bateman or Chaviot sprayer with tank and booms removed. Could now be
in the hands of a fisherman, they use a number of old tractors for boat launching
around our coastline. I have seen an ex-self propelled sugar beet harvester used for
this purpose.
