Dolly

She has a kind of dinner theater show, does she? Dolly Parton's Stampede? We have seen it on the Marquee on the Theater and wondered if she ever does perform there? There is so much to do around Branson and we haven't been there for a couple years. We Rode the Ducks last time we were there and now they are gone.

Also Dollywood in Tennessee. I believe Dollywood is a joint venture with the people who run Silver Dollar City.
 
It use to be called dixie stampede but that word is no longer politically correct. We went to years ago and the kids loved it...all of them and its hard to find something they all like. I liked it and the food was awesome too. Its on old west themed show and when it was over my 4 year old got to go down and see the animals and proformers. The next day we went to dollywood and had a good time there too. I was going to go to the new pirate dinner show last March but that got canceled do to the ..well u know.
 
Her Stampede is pretty good. There is the one in Branson and then Pigeon Forge TN. I've been to the Tennessee one 3 times now and to the Branson one just once. The food is good and the show is very good as well. A little on the expensive side,but you have to remember you are not only getting a show,but a good meal as well. She never performs at them though. To be honest Im not sure she really has much to do with them. I think a totally other company owns them.
 
Age is just a number..... Well that's what the word is on the street. Although I have a great marriage but have to admit that Dolly is a beautiful woman at this time in her life. If you don't believe that something may be out of joint. Wingnut
 
That's funny Old ..... I don't think she would be the type for many of us here at YT. She's kept herself in pretty good shape I would say, with a few million bucks worth of whatever it takes to do that. From what a person reads about her, supposedly a pretty genuine person. No question, a great singer and entertainer and she looks pretty good to these old eyes.
 
She is a good person, the best, for what she does for folks. And a good singer and looker too.
 
I agree CH, down to earth person and a smart businesswoman. Talented singer and entertainer for sure....Porter show was never the same after she left. Wrote a nice song, message, to him when she went another direction. Always liked her songs.....happy B/D To Dolly.
