The vertical round chrome looking shaft (maybe 7/16") under the protective rubber boot that pops up and down in the PTO casting when the PTO lever is moved off and on has broken off. The break is flush right at the point when the threads start. As most of you know who work with Farmall's the threads are used to adjust the pressure of the PTO clutch. When looking at the Case IH parts website they identify the part as item #26 on the Farmall 706 two speed PTO page, but they never put item #26 on the list of what the part is called or give an actual part number. Why wouldn't they list the part?? Does anyone know what the part number is for this item? This is the top piece. It is attached to a bottom piece with a tiny little roll pin. I believe this top piece is 5 inches long from the bottom of the threads to where it joins the bottom piece. Thanks.
