Seams like every year I gain around 10 pounds, after I stop my mowing business. Then March, or April I get busy the pounds come off. I have problems getting up off my knees anyway, and the extra pounds sure make a difference. Anybody else notice this? Stan

Three pounds since Christmas, can't seem to shake it. Luckily the cookies should all be gone this weekend, no self control on my part. Cookies were made to eat!!

Man I hear ya. I'm only 67 and hard to get off floor. I have to crawl over to where I can grab on to something and pull myself up.
And don't even get me started on climbing in and out of grain bin. Them roof holes are made for 120# man max and I tip the scales at 215 with a quarter tank of fuel. Besides crawling through the hole you have to turn around to descend down the inside ladder.

I was at the Doc's office Thursday and stepped on the scales.
Had lost 6 pounds.
Just cutting down on how much I eat.
I weighed 205 and I want to get down to about 190.

I had to quit chewing when I got cancer a year ago and now I am putting on weight, don't like it, yes it is hard to get up off the floor, that is why I quit doing it as much as possible.

Getting back up off a creeper is real fun. Usually have to roll off and get on hands and knees and it is my knees that are shot. But, then I get up off the floor better without grabbing hold of some other object. Luckily I don't have to get on a creeper very often now days but do have to get down on the floor for various reasons.

What really surprised me though is my 60 year old daughter. Can sit on floor, legs crossed, arms crossed and get up not moving her arms. Never could do that.

Blame it all on quarantine.!!!

I usually gain a little over the winter. It goes in to the reserve tank then come spring planting and it comes off.. something about a cold sandwich twice a day for a month while doing spring tillage and planting makes me lose it...
