John Deere 420C Rear main seal size issue

Hello, I am rebuilding my JD420C motor and ran into an issue with the rear main seal ID. The Gasket overhaul kit came with part number AM220T. Problem is it fits loosely over the crankshaft.
The seal I removed was spring loaded and fit snug like normal, the new seal (AM220T) is not spring loaded and is to big for the crankshaft. I cant find a old part number off the old seal... but the only difference I can see is that the ID on the old seal is slightly less than 4 inches, like 3.8, or 3.9 inches... I am having trouble finding the correct replacement seal. Any help?? Thoughts? Vic
