My wife made a nice wreath and hung it in the front porch area. The next day the neighbor lady came over and complemented my wife on the beautiful job she did. Said the bird looks so real. Karen said what bird are you talking about? I took one look at it and said "sure does look real, even blinks it's eyes."

For a couple years we had doves on the back porch.

They were so many they were fighting over nesting places. They successfully raised several babies, we watched them leave the nest and get survival lessons from the parents.

Something happened, they quit coming around. Still see and hear them, they just are not interested in nesting anymore.

She did nice job . The dove loves it too.
I had a feeder in the yard that was in the way of the kids volleyball game.
I pulled it up and set over the swing header. Couple of days later this dove made a nest in it.
