Happy New Year and A Little More About Our Farm

Happy New Years and thank you for the link! Very nicely done video and beautiful farm as well. Those 354 Perkins sure leave their trail as they go haha we have a couple of them here as well and they’re great engines. Those 1105’s are great tractors and arguably the best one of that lineup in the day.
 
Happy new year to you too! Your farm operations are similar to mine (part time ,hay in square bales) except I am 4 generations behind you! Nice version of “red wing” on the banjo.
 
I really enjoyed your video and seeing that 1105 earning it's keep. I have an 1155 and we put up hay as well.

It's great to see a family run operation. We use a NH Super 1048 to pickup bales with. I'm always interested in kickers and wagons - we don't have those in our part of the world. My guess is you have a lot of hay storage that doesn't lend itself to stackers. More and more there is a reluctance to handle bales by hand in our area. Even when people buy hay from us they are always asking if we use a tractor to load. And when I ask them how much they are getting, it's usually a couple ton which I am happy to stack on a trailer or flat bed by hand. It's good exercise.

I guess I need to post some pictures of our operation.
