I am amazed whenever I see something which is not all that old, turned into a pile of trash. I would think more likely a 6060 with those 15.5x38 tires. The 6080's I saw had 18.4x34. But no matter, it's junk now, either way. This is especially sickening, as the first cab tractor we had was a 6060. What a treat. Work in climate controlled comfort in any weather.

Back tire at least the one you can see looks pretty good, maybe slightly over half tread remaining.

Probably didn't spend much time on the ground with that big loader on there, and no rear ballast!
