Yes a nice project for someone. It looks similar to one a guy borrowed to haul wagons when I worked on his hay crew. I was riding on the drawbar when we went to pickup a wagon. The right wheel slipped off the axel. Luckily we were at farm lane speed, not road speed. It had a broken clamp on the wheel center.
