I have a 2950 I bought a few months ago I had to replace the circuit board on the right side due to a strip was burnt up now on my 4x4 switch when you turn it on the light comes on but no power to selinoid. When you turn it off light on switch goes off and I have power to selinoid. Any thought on what might be the problem.

Dunno what you are perceiving to be a problem?

The disconnect clutch for the front axle is spring-engaged, so when there's no power to the solenoid valve or something else fails the clutch pack is engaged.

Only when you select via the switch to disconnect the power to the front axle is the solenoid valve actuated, which supplies hydraulic oil to overcome spring tension and release the multiple disc wet clutch pack.
