I can't see it that good, picture is blurry. Looks like a CA, snap coupler hitch and rear lift arms. Offer him $450 and see what he says.

From the blurry photos I would say a CA. PIC of right side shows a power adjust rear rim. $750 is too high for non-running, if running I would give that especially if that includes delivery to nebraska.

If I could find a grader like that out here I would buy it today. That is awesome. The graders available around here are "newer" and way out of my price range

I'd go take a look can't tell about some important things from pictures,at least I'd make an offer wide front for those still bring some money by themselves.Farmall wheel on one side AC wheel on the other if the AC power adjust rim is good that is worth some money and just use Farmall rims on both sides. As is cash and carry bring my trailer and load up I'd be a buyer at $500.

It may be a CA or a CA with some C parts. Many parts of Bs, C, CAs will fit each other. Snap coupler says CA as do spin out right rear wheel. CA had 4 speed transmission and most had a clutch in the right rear axle to stop the tractor while the PTO remained running to say tie a bale in the roto baler.

The lack of three point on a tractor of that size and vintage severely reduces the pool of possible buyers.

Looks like a CA, the plow alone will bring between 150 up to 250 depending on the area, I assume it has a 3 ph adaptor on it since it looks like it was hooked up to a 3ph bushhog. Question is does it run and how well. Good little tractors with plenty of power for the size but pictures alone do not tell the whole story. $550 up to $1500 in my area depending on if it runs or doesn't. If it runs just looking at the picutres maybe $800 with equipment???

I took a three bottom ac plow like that on trade from a WD-45,, had it since 2000 and cant even give it away here,, that unit here running at auction you would be hard pressed to get 400.00 for they just are not wanted any more the WD-45's bring a few more bucks as some guys use them in tractor pulling,, different areas different prices I guess,, 2N-9N ect can be bought here at auctions for 200-400 bucks running,, one painted up and good tires may bring you 1K if you wait long enough to sell, and then mainly if they have a blade or loader with them,, days here of big money for the non live hyd and or pto are long passed,, a Ih collector here sold off his collection this summer,, H's M's era up to a 1206 he had and a number of Cub cadets,, running H/M units were in the 200.00 range,, the 1206 brought under 4K the tires he had on it was worth much of that,, as they were new all the way around zero hours,, sadly that is what I see here, most younger home owners here will finance a new Kubota ect and have a more usable unit for their needs,,

The only thing of value in my area would be the snap coupler plow, probably $200 on that. Not running and looking like crap, the tractor would be be a hard sell at anything over $160 a ton.
