Please remember that film quality was not as it was back in the 40s-70s as it is today when it pretains to color. Some deviations of white may appear yellowish in appearance. Wingnut

When CASE introduced the Case-0-Matic 100 series tractors they offered a promotional program to dealers where dealers could by trucks like that one from Case or they could go to their local car/truck dealer and buy a new truck and Case would give them a reimbursement. CASE also had complete decal sets available for both cab-overs and conventional trucks. Dad went to the local Chevy dealer and ordered a new Cab-over chassis with 292 six and 4 speed. He ordered a new Swartz tilt bed body for it and painted and decaled it like in the picture. He didn't opt for the under bed tool boxes and flaring though. The truck was badly under powered and under geared for our area, and after he blew a hole thru the side of the 292, he ordered another Chevy 60 series cab-over. It was a much heavier chassis and had a 427 with 5 & 2 trans and rear. We remounted the Swartz body onto that truck. As cab tractors and big 4X4 tractors became popular, I bought a used transtar SA and 220 Cummins with 10spd ranger to pull a Swartz single drop trailer with a hydraulic tail. The 60 Chevy got replaced by a Louisville L9000 with a 6-71 and 10spd, and the old Transtar got updated to a newer one with 318, air tag axle and 15spd, still pulling the 40' Swartz trailer.-----------------------------Loren

Thanks for posting that story . I love to read about things like that . I’d like to paint my two ton John Deere green
And yellow bed

Our local Case dealer had one looked similar if not exactly like that. Cutkosky and Jones Inc. Mankato Mn. Back in the 50's Pa worked for them one winter putting together Oliver plows. I don't think they were an Oliver dealer but they did sell Oliver plows. Anybody know what that was about?
The plows came unassembled with the pieces bolted together with some 2X2 blocks with a hole in middle. Pa would bring those little spacer blocks home and us kids would use them as building blocks. Wish I would have thought to ask Pa about the Case/Oliver thing. He's been dead for 30 yrs.

My cousin had a dorf just like that and I was going to buy it but it magically rolled down the hill into an irrigation canal he pulled it out it didn’t hurt it to bad but the second time that happened it destroyed it .

Not a delivery truck, but my 54 Chevy truck with my AC Model M going to work. This was a few years ago. I stopped disking this year. Dad hauled his tractors the same way starting in 54. Stan

I’m going to load my 3020 on my gmc 5500 and haul it to and from the volcano 🌋 to load cinders

That would have been a sight to see going down the road. I can only imagine what people probably said when they passed you.

The boss bought two new MF super 92's and hauled them on two ton trucks. Went right down 81 to Oklahoma like Rich's picture shows. Had sweat dripping off both elbows I was hugging that steering wheel so tight (little top heavy).

I still own the 69 C60 Chevy we bought as our first dealership delivery truck, it has jacobs roll back bed with hyd winch, we hauled 1030's and 680CK's on it but you had to have a brain to do it,, the 680's weighed over 8 ton, by 1972 we had bought a Trail-Ez hyd fold tail low boy, it would handle 2670's no problem

When my gramps had the IH dealership in Cohocton, the shop truck was a 1956 S160, which he kept when he sold out. It had a straight 14' bed so a loading dock was needed, but it hauled M's, 450s etc, and we always hauled the TD6 on it. Then became a milk can route truck for a couple years, then a grain truck. The new owners of the dealership got a Loadstar 1600 with a 345 and a rollback bed, and hauled 706, 806 and 1206's with it on 8.25-20's

That’s it very nice . I really like the international trucks and it
looks even better with an international tractor on it
