Possibly a Baker Monitor, but the shape of the hopper is wrong for the double flywheel type. The shape of the hopper would be correct for the smaller Monitor pump engine, but they were a single flywheel. It’s possibly a vertical steam bottle engine, but again unlikely because of the shape of the cylinder.
