I have to take off the front wheel. The axle bolt is seized in the aluminum forks. What is the best way to loosen this with out
buggering up the forks..

Steel bolt in an aluminum fork. Most likely you will need to use heat to break loose the grip that the corrosion has on it. Sometimes you can get lucky by hitting it with a hammer to create vibration to get it to loosen up. Be cautious with the hammer.

I just watched a couple of videos on You Tube the other day on getting stuck bolts out of aluminum. Spend a half hour watching and save yourself a lot of grief.

I have had luck by removing the axle nuts, put on sacrificial nuts just short of shaft protruding.
Then air chisel at the end of shaft, both ends over and over.
Air chisel just to induce vibrations/ shock to loose the corrosion grip.
