Just purchased this tractor, manifold is rotted casting # 6712-
DB.
What manifold replacement should I replace with, called
Steiner tractor they said to get manifold # ihs002c.

Most likely you have a 'hot' distalate manifold now.Distalate has gone the way of the dinosaurs.Stiener's(and others) manifold would be a gasoline replacement. It will fit and work fine.However,it will most likely China made so some 'inconsistencies' may occure.These guys,Yesterday's Tractor has a manifold lised for $166.15. They also have a muffler(28.00) and related parts. chech em out.
