Replacing A Seal On A Prince Hydraulic Pump

I bought a used Prince PTO pump (HC-PTO-2A) that I just installed yesterday. Will one of the outside seals is leaking bad. Don't even have to put the pump in gear. Leaks just from gravity from the tank.
My question is can I replace the seal from the outside without disassembling the pump? Looks like I could put a screw in the seal and pry it out. Am I right?
