Fordson tool box

I bought a Deere 1520 some time ago and it had a Fordson tool box bolted to the foot plate beside the fender. Would it have any value? Tom

Not much, unless you found a 'collector' who just HAD to have it.Keep it and use it,a brand new tool box will cost more than you will sell the old Fordson box for.

I have a few (IHC) boxes I just painted up and put on a high shelf in my shop for decoration. I put them on their side so everyone can see the logo.

If it says Fordson on it, I am sure someone would want it. I don't know if you could agree on price or not.

Some on eBay have a hard time getting a bid of $20.00. The early small letter tool boxs have more value. Just remember there were around 750,000 Fordsons built state side and several hundred thousand more in England and Ireland and every one had one of those boxes on it.

I bought three at three different flea markets in 2019 I put them in my man cave with decorations I paid fifty for one of them and somewhere in between for the other two probably not worth that much but I thought they were cool
