Any help to ID this tractor, make/model or could it be homemade?

It is home brew for sure. Foot steer, bad placement of "lift" lever, fall in and run over frame, remade car wheels, Jim

If it was home made, somebody did a nice job. If those two levers to the sides of the seat operate the rear brakes, how is the tractor steered? The front wheels are obviously steerable but what controls them? I like the tractor, do you own it?

Yes I do own it, bought a tractor the other day and this followed me home too! Yes the leavers are for the brakes and there are foot pegs on each side that you guide the front wheels with, its actually pretty slick.

The pedals must be at the bottom of those two steering spindles on each side at the front (if that's what they are called)? Not too visible in the photo?

Compared to some of the contraptions I have seen here on YT for pulling, pushing, or trailering, I don't think it is exactly a death trap ..... LOL !!!

The triangular tubing that the front wheels mount on reminds me of one side of a free standing yard bench swing. I guess I should say that it looks like a prefabricated part repurposed from something else. Adding about the front steering, if you look real close you can see foot pegs that extend inwards as if the front wheel axles are extend that way.

Way kool! When you get tired of it let me know. My wife has a Mighty Might. Late 40's. I think. Built by Jacques Saw Company in Dennison Tx. Small tractor. Real small. Automotive type gearbox and rear end. Wingnut.

Reminds me of a Friday Power Hoe that I operated when I was a kid. Steered with my feet. Had a cultivator mounted with a hydraulic lift. Hand clutch, individual rear brakes operated by pushing down with your elbows. Had hoes that you would move in and out when you came to each plant. A one row machine that worked great for a vegetable farmer.

It sure is home made all right, and not a bad job. It needs a kill switch like motorcycle hill climbers use . When you leave the bike (most do) a wire is tied to the mag, and the persons body, and kills the spark. stan
