Carb update, new question on the gasket

Got carb as clean as I can, think it’ll be fine. Rebuild kit I ordered, none of the 3 supplied gaskets fit as shown in the pic, despite supplying my carb # and being assured it was correct. Winded up not really needing any of the $50 kit but used the parts anyway, ultimately need gaskets and they aren’t right. None of them fit the Venturi but I can fix that. . Any suggestions? I see why the previous owner used some sort of gasket maker.

Had this one upside down, can punch out the well jet hole, but what about this opening on the upper left?

Buy the bulk gasket paper. Cut a piece to fit over the carb. Nice and easy with a smal
ball pein hammer, tap around the outside and inside of the large parts. It will cut out
easy. Then using various shell casing cut the holes. Tap on the paper flat with the flat
face of the hammer to get a tracing for the details.
Your first one will take longer and be "rough" Your second one will go quick and will
be a keeper.

Looks kind of like gasket #3 might work if
you flip it over. I did a zenith on a
Wisconsin engine that looked real similar
to that. The gasket had an extra bump or
2, but it covered everything it needed to.

i make all my carb gaskets. the important thing is to make sure its clean! and needle and seat is good and float is good and plus set and that all you need. there is nothing to those carbs.

Thanks for all the help all. Did some trimming on #3 and it seems to work fine. Its trying to start without the laughing gas so its getting fuel. Spark tester shows intermittent and weak spark, turns out the end is gone from the magneto wire and theres just four little bare strands of wire poking in there, and they arent doing much. See if I can pick up new wires tomorrow and I think shell be a runner.
