1 Last IHC 5000 Swather Question

Just wondering if anyone would know how to find out the year of this swather. I have attached the serial number for you. Should be mid to late 80's I think. My local dealership is having trouble getting it figured out. Thanks a lot - Bob

I think it's early 80's cause if it was after 1985 it would say CaseIH on it. I know that doesn't narrow it down much

bob here is mine but it won't help much as mine is caseih, I looked mine up and looked to be 86 model. what do you need ? as I have just a few parts for mine for the drive line.
