mosquitoes kill livestock

Wow! That's a lot of blood sucking! What a way to die!

I've heard of animals suffocated by gnats, but never from mosquito bites.

John.... I may hold off on purchasing a quarter because of this. Just last week while cleaning up the mess at our camp the wife and I did in fact notice that the mosquitos were terrible. Most importantly they where small to med in size but hurt like al heck. The bites became infected. Had to use Benadryl cream and pills for a whole week to get relief. Thank you for the attachment. We would be over run with mosquitoes if they did not spray for them.
They spray from the air and with trucks that drive around the neighborhoods.

While you can barely see the spray today I can remember when I was growing up every kid in the neighborhood would come out side to ride their
bike when they heard the mosquito man go past. Back then the spray was a very thick fog.

I grew up on the Texas Gulf Coast. The city in which I lived had some war surplus ¼ ton Jeep spray vehicles. About every 2 weeks they would come through the neighborhoods, at night, and spray.
My buddies and I used to play chase on our bicycles in the DDT fog. Had a great time. We had a few huge mosquitoes with black and white striped legs. We called them "gallowhompers" As we
figured that they could suck a gallon of blood in one sitting.
