can I get a tire boot to fix this ?

not really seeing a problem. a little of that magic flex seal tape as seen on tv and you are good to go!
 


When I crash my snowmobile I drill holes every two inches on each side of the break and feed mechanic's wire through and across and twist it tight on the outside. I am sure that if you put wires every inch that you would get another 100 hours out of it.
 
Needle and thread 🧵 I’d Try, if n that won’t hold Hog rings , if that won’t hold she a goner ,flower garden ring . Better yet don’t waste the time go straight to flower garden ring , thanks for posting
 
OK we all had fun with this, and I even grinned at some of the smart alec plans. Though I think a new tire is in order here.
 
I had a wagon tire do that, I went back home for a tool and I heard a .22 go off. I went back up and the tire had the baby.
