Help on a brake shaft removal and sourcing new jam nuts?

Taking the brake and clutch pedal rod off my WD and found this jam nut is broke (the "jam" part just spins up by the head).

Seems like the center core takes an 11/16 wrench and the larger outer piece took a 1 and 1 / 16 socket.

Are these available anywhere or am I going to have to find them off a parts tractor or make my own?

Also, any suggestions for knocking this piece off the clutch shaft? It's the piece that the left brake rod attaches to.

I've taken a wooden block and tried to spin in or knock it in or out and it will not seem to budge at all. The jam nut is removed.

Seems like my local hardware store had jam nuts. Cant really see the other piece but heat is usually the answer.
