Opinions on these tractors? Has a loader,3pt,PTO looks good,owner says it runs and operates as it should.What is the price range on these?
Is this a David Brown update or Case built?
 
Don't know of any 380b, but I'm not an expert on small frame cases. Did you mean 300b? This depending on condition and location I've seen go from $1,000-5,000. They are case made.

Case made a 380 in the construction line. I would think those would be higher priced since they are newer and made during the 580 tractor hoe times.

David Brown also made a 380 and I know nothing about those.

The 300 and 300b are case made and the 380 appears to be based on the David Brown 380. All are excellent tractors.
 
The case industrial tractors are considered the best made. The larger 580 series based on the case 530 tractor was always considered the best in the industry. If the 380 is the late model diesel it should be in the $3,000-10,000 range depending on age and condition. They did make industrial versions of the 300b which are also great little tractors but in the $1,000-5,000 price range. The B is what is confusing since the later construction series shouldn't have the B as far as I know.
 
a 380B is a pile of crap ih nothing to do with a 380CK which is a 885 David Brown industrial, I had to repair a few of those ih junk piles over the years,, run do not walk away
