#18 highway mower

That's not much to go on.
I did a search for #18 highway mower and didn't find much.
Maybe tell us what type of mower it is, the manufacturer, approximate vintage, etc.
 
The number 18 highway mower is a belly mounted sickle mower for a farmall A/international AI. It is used with the farmall pneumatic lift all set up. I have a lot of the parts except the mower itself.

When I was a young buck, I worked for county road commission and we ran those things. Guess they were OK, but exhaust powered lift was a nightmare. Especially on tractors with bad valves, and lifts with worn seals.
 
I went to buy what the owner thought was a farmall super A, once i saw it realized it was a 1944 international AI. Neat little tractor. Have been reading a lot about the pneumatic lift all set up. It seems like a headache haha. I have 2 of them to try and make one functioning lift. Now just need a mower head. Any help out there.
