Water tank w/ trash pump

I am building a water tank slide in unit for a truck bed. The tanks is 250 gal and there is a trash pump mounted on the frame. Suction line is rather expensive so I was considering hard plumbing it with rigid 1 1/2" PVC but I am a little concerned about the vibration taking the glued or threaded fittings apart. Should this be a concern? If so, would a rubber fitting between the pump and the last fitting suffice? Should I bite the bullet and just use regular rigid suction line?

At any decent farm supply store you should be able to buy this kind of hose by the foot, that's what I would use, I would not hard pipe it.

I use the wire reinforced hose that Russ pictured. My pump has a cam lock fitting so I glued them on to the hose with PVC cement.

Why not just mount the pump inside the tank, and only have one pressure hose problem solved. And pump would be out of the way. Other wise use the nylon reinforced hose shown it is for suction line work on sprayers.
