There is a sale coming up that has a narrow front 165 Massey on it. Would the parts from this work to convert a 1080 or 1100 from wide front to narrow? What are the narrow front parts worth? Tom

The 165 uses a totally different narrow front than 180/1080/1100 series use..

If it was closer I'd be after it. There's a dealer in Pennsylvania that has an MF front mount cultivator that'll fit it. The last 165 nf I saw was 20 years ago and it had an MF mounted picker on it. If I had had the money then....

I don't believe I have ever seen a narrow front Massey. Not even in a picture.

Had to go back to pick up the guy I left there. Got back in time to see this sell for $300. Beautiful crop of nettles growing out it
