trans oil for co-op e3 tractor

I hope someone can help me. Need to know what weight oil goes in co-op e3 trans. Also, does the same type oil go in the rear end or pinion. Thanks.

We have always used 85-90 in those tractors. All the reservoirs use the same. At least on the 40 and 50s it is.
 
Three places on the E3. Rear end, transmission and intermediate housing (where the pulley is) and all get 80W-90. IRRC trans and intermediate are filled from the same port but there are two side by side drain plugs on the left side.
 
I want to thank you guys for helping me out. I need to know one more thing if you don't care. How much oil does it take to fill or just fill to top. It looks almost empty. Thanks again.

Pittypat, I don't know the specifics, but don't fill it! transmissions generally run only around 1/4 full. Rusty or Mike will tell you exactly. Usually there is a plug in a hole on the side to give you the proper fill level.

I'm not sure where its located on the 30 (E3) but on my 40 and 50 they have a plug on the side of the transmission, just ahead of the clutch pedal. The oil is supposed to be just up to that plug level. Oil filler on mine is way back on the PTO. Square plug on top.
