Is there anything going on in the western wisconsin , northeast Iowa as far as shows this weekend ? Things are tight I know .

You need a copy of "Farm Collector" Show Directory 2020. It lists all shows in every state and Canada by date and what the feature tractors and engines are for that show.
You would then need to contact the person in charge to find out if they have been cancelled. I'm seeing shows cancelled that were set for late July and into August. Even the late August air show sponsored by the Yankee Air Museum at Willow Run and featuring the Blue Angles this year has been cancelled.
