What make/model tractor is this?

A friend sent me this picture and asked me what kind of tractor this is. I honestly don't have a clue and he doesn't either. Part of me says Deere and part of me says Oliver. Now curiosity has gotten the best of us and we're looking to the vast knowledge that this forum community has to help us find the answer.
Also I have no idea of the origin of this image, for all I know someone reading this may own this tractor and took this photo.

630 or 730 Deere

Its a John Deere. I'm unsure of the model, possibly a 20 or 30 series such as 620/630 or 720/730

30 series JD. It will be interesting to hear how the gurus will tell which one it is.

Okay, that makes sense. I was thinking that was a throttle lever on the right, now I know it is the hand clutch. I've never been on an older Deere so it wasn't clicking with me. Thanks

What you see is the throttle lever. Clutch is further to the right. Looks a lot like the view from my 630.

No steering shaft and smooth hood means 30 series. Two cylinder of course. Narrow hood so guess 530. Have driven all.

Looks narrower than my 630, so I will guess 530 as well.

I am guessing 530 also as the hood looks too narrow to be a 630, but in my experience the upright air stack is more common on the 630.

Just now went out and sat on my 530. Looks the same. The 630 is at the home farm,so will not be able to compare. Too small for a 730.
