Need information on a Durham lehr 120 loader

Hi I am new to owning a tractor my dad gave me his old bolen g194 it has a farmhand or Durham lehr 120 loader it's not working to well been trying to find a manual on it but I am having no luck all the functions work but they are very slow and it's very weak it has all most no down pressure and very little lift pressure there are no leaks in any of the lines and the fluid is full. Any information would be grateful and appreciated.

If you have the reservoir full, and If there is a filter, it is OK, it is likely the pump. Several are on line for sale. Jim

Looking on Tractor Data, the system should produce 3.1 GPM and 2000 PSI. The GPM would be at full governed RPM, but should operate a small loader fairly well.

I would look for a bad pressure relief valve, clogged suction strainer, internal leak, or bad pump.

Does that have a rear lift? Some have a valve to switch from 3 point to aux hydraulics.

Just general info, no experience with that model.

I was trying to find them on the tractor I have the original owners manual but it only for the tractor I will look to see if it has the valve you mentioned it does have a rear lift but the loader is not a bolen but it is hard hooked to the tractor the loader is not running on a separate pump. Trying to find a owners manual for the Durham lehr 120 loader but not having any luck. I will check out the other things you mentioned. Thanks for the help.

You can find the parts book on line at https://na.apb.agcocorp.com/ . Click "View Books" in the Guest User area. On the next page click "Browse", Click FARMHAND in the drop down list. Next MATERIAL HANDLING, then Dunham-Lehr and you will see 120 in that list.

Back on the parts books home page you can lick a link to AGCOpubs. Do a search there and you can find an owner's manual for the 120 loader.
