Of the new Holland D1000 . Needles will hopefully Be here soon but still got to get the root of the problem fixed . The needle safety latch is wallered out and that’s what’s causing the grief of shearing pins every time the knotter tries to tie . Good ol new Holland put a roll pin in that you can’t see and you can’t get a good swing at I’m about ready to cut an access hole . Once that’s apart I can get it built back up and have a working baler again

This what’s wore out

Miserable sob I beat on until 1030 last night finally gave up .
Went to town and got a set of roll pin punches still took an
hour to beat if out can’t even get a half swing with a small
ballpien hammer turned sideways because that’s all the room
there is laying on a mud flap on top of the wind guard

(quoted from post at 19:00:39 06/24/20) No grease zerk no nothing .

It looks like whichever part is more easily removable needs to come out and get built up then machined down. Once you have a grease fitting in it it will outlast the rest of the machine.

They both are easy to get to so I’ll have them both build up
hopefully get it dropped off today or tomorrow

Ringo's a good friend, always there with you. Does he get along with the little kitten?

(quoted from post at 17:42:31 06/25/20) He actually likes that tiny cat I can t believe it either but he
gets along good with her

He probably feels he should look after his little friend, tiny thing. I'm sure you're careful but watch out when moving those big tractors around. He'd be upset if anything happened to that little cat.

I have a cat now, almost ten years old. Never learned to be afraid of cars, will just sit in the driveway, car can pass within inches. I am constantly getting out to make sure that cat isn't right under my wheels. PIA.
