Is there a 'radar' or some kind of ground speed indicator that I can use on my old tractors to get 'correct' MPH wile spraying? Or is there some kind of cell phone APP that will do this?Back when I used the SuperH and SuperM,3rd gear, wide open was 5 mph(I timed it)Now Im using other tractors and want to be accuret with my speed.BTW,I recently 'subscribed' to a free Acre measure app. Man it's awesome! I can now in a few minutes measure acres from my cell! Really handy for the custom work that I do. No more being cheated out of acres!

I have two free apps on my iPhone that measure speed on my old tractors. Both work well. One is Speed Box. The other is Speedometer. Email me if you have problems loading ,them. Don

I have a couple different speedometers apps the problem if none of them read in tenths just whole mph so not that handy for spraying

Like Cummins I have not found an app that goes down to tenths either. If someone knows of an app that goes to tenths please tell us where to find it.

My handheld GPS works pretty good at slow speeds, I think! Probably pretty accurate at 3-4 mph or more, especially out in a field where there is a good view of the sky. I spray with my Honda 4-wheeler and it has a good slow speed speedometer.

"GPS Status" is one app that displays in tenths of a mph. The one problem I've experienced is that anything to the right of the decimal is pretty jumpy, probably due to the typical cell phone's compromised GPS antenna location and packaging within the case. With the tenths digit bouncing around and doing the mental filtering to make it usable the real-world accuracy is probably around half an mph.

I use speedometer (the app). Had a guy on a 3010 John Deere tell me it was wrong according to his tach. I was clocking my Farmall M at 14 on the ride and he said we were doing close to 18. That's when the green vs. red fight started ..... lol ..... just kidding!
