Got it running!! All the parts in the distributor are the same as my ford 600 and 900. Loader lifted a bit and hose blew. Got new hose and changed milky fluid. Now loader won't move at all. Help!!. Labeled Massey, but I believe its a Davis loader. Got a leak underneath....any ideas? Thanks

What type pf pump does it have?? Pump mounted up front or the factory pump?? If front mount pump could be a blockage in the suction hose. It the factory pump could be a filter that need to be cleaned or changed or lost prime

Is the picture the cover plate under the clutch area? Is the oil coming out a drilled hole? If so I would lean to that leak being a bad seal on the transmission input shaft, not having clutch and transmission type details, to go with it.

Is the loader running off the belly pump, or a crank driven pump up front?

If on a front pump maybe on a separate oil tank.

If the leak is coming from the drain hole in the bell housing, it's probably a leaking transmission input seal. If you refilled the trans through the plug on top by the shifter, the passages from the transmission to the rear cases are very small. Pouring the oil in too fast temporarily overfills the transmission causing the less than perfect shaft seal to leak. Once the level equalizes the leak will reduce to a manageable drip.

Check the level again, be sure it's not overfull. To the bottom bolt on the round side cover is the proper level. Too full and it will oil the brakes and clutch!

Steve.....this tractor has a torque converter and is similar to a hydrostatic. Still figuring it out. Hydraulic fluid for loader goes in loader frame. Big main line coming from front of tractor. Just got it running today. Will work on it more tomorrow. Sure is nice clean fluid running out that hole.......

Loader won’t operate, or tractor won’t move? If loader, make sure oil is getting to pump. There might be a high spot in supply line higher than tank level. If tractor and that leaks steady with engine running, blown pump seal at converter drive. Good time to re and re trans linkage since loader makes it such a pain to split.

MKinON. Loader won't move. Tractor will move but haven't been able to get very far with bucket digging in! Leak out the bottom when running. Looks like a split coming?

In loader frame reservoir, should be a vent cap up high on the frame. Aside from pick up hose blockage, what the others mentioned, hopefully pump is good and the loader arms starts chattering as it moves upward. From there, typically, just raise and lower repeatedly until the air is relieved out through the vent. Been through that a few times with a similar loader.
