International Tractor

Would someone be able to tell me what a NBH International tractor is it rare? It looks like a W4. Model says NBH s/n 759. Says International Harvester Co.

With a 3 digit serial #, it might be a '39. First one off the line was #500 or #501, depending on what "authority" one reads. Reguardless, it an early one, based on that #, one of the first 300 or so. I wonder how many are left that have an earlier #.

The 258th W-4 type tractor made. 32,000 some odd W-4 series were made, until 1953. A modest 2-14 plow tractor. Mostly sold from Illinois west to the edge of the mountains. Jim

its a 1940 W4. I have a 1953 serial # 34113 which has all the super improvements. it is right at the end of production before the super's came out in 1953. it is in red power serial # newest units. I think your is not the oldest though .definitely not a rare tractor, and pulls very good for its size.

There no model NBH. Its most likely a WBH, W-4, with a poor stamping. The I4s look like a srewdriver stamp and is so bad people think its faked.
